We also keep your other vendors, such as the banquet manager or captain, photographer and/or videographer informed of all upcoming events during reception.  We will coordinate all activities with them to make sure everything stays on schedule. We create an Event Order that we send to you that includes details of all activities from the time first guests arrive through the last song of the night that you can forward to your vendors.

Videography & Wedding Planning Services

New!  Various video packages with one or two videographers to cover your ceremony, formals and part of your reception, depending on hours of hire.

We also now have a wedding planner, Jen to help you with the entire wedding process and she can help you with everything from helping you choose a theme for your wedding, secure vendors and providing a detailed schedule for your wedding day.  Not only that, she will keep you calm through the process!

When two or more of our services are used, there are discounts that are applied to our normal pricing. Obviously, the more services of ours you use, the bigger the discount! Use all our services and get the best discount plus some bonus items.
